★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff members at this place are absolutely wonderful. Although I was there for only 2 days i felt as though we were family.
The room itself was a little underwhelming. I paid about the same price in Yangon, and that was with a separate bathroom. I wanted to like this place more as it was reviewed and recommended via a YouTuber. The linens looked rather dated, and if you are looking for a quiet night rest you might want to look elsewhere.
All in all, i wish them success and a great 2019

Location: slightly far away from city center, however, u can book a tuktuk which will take around 10 mins away
Room: quite small but acceptable, with TV
Toilet: it's quite old, and the water pressure is too strong for the mini shower bidet!! Which is very unpleasant.
Breakfast: quite good, nearly all food are vegetarian so it's ok for ppl with different dietary needs.
Complain (Cons): I left my neck pillow in my room, the staff check the room but did not realize I left it there!!!
Others: other than that, staff are helpful, you can rent a bicycle for free as well. Convenience store is just few mins away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff are all lovely. The room is clean and has excellent water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is pretty good, a mix of continental and Myanmar breakfast styles. Staff are completely willing to help. Most of them speak some English, enough to help with basic issues like getting a taxi or directions. The rooms are quiet, despite noise from the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself is very old and need renovation but considering the cheap price and the staffs that are very friendly and really tried their best to give you the best service, I give this hotel 3 stars rating.
When I first arrived, I got a room that's very old and dirty, the room was very dark - the air con and electricity was not working so the staff moved me to another room which was totally different. The latter room that I got was clean and seems like it has been renovated.
It's okay for 1 night stay which I did because I only spent 1 night in Mandalay, not recommended for long stay.

The hotel is located close to the heart of Mandalay, opposite to a bus stop but it was quiet inside.
Rooms were basic, clean and aircon was quiet and powerful.
The staff was so friendly and helpful, and professional.
Breakfast as a buffet was included, which was a plus.
There was an ATM just at the door of the hotel.
The hotel also offered motorbike rental service, so you can ride a bike on your own to interesting places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks good from outside, it looks stunning when you enter, the staff is really helpful and professional, but the room we got was a huge disappointment. Apparently we got an upgrade, but the room windows were covered from the outside, on the left we had glass tiles looking to the staircase, the bathroom was mouldy and the water did not go down properly, we could hear air-conditions dripping at night... If this is the superior room then I cannot imagine what a normal room looks like. We stayed there for one night, so it was OK, but in other case we would definitely ask for another room. I only give three stars because of the excellent service that the front office staff provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is really friendly and the hotel has very new furnitures. It's located in a very good area of Mandalay, where you can reach a lot of tourist attractions. The hotel has also a lot of services and, even if it's on a very big road, it's very quiet and relaxing. The best choice.
