Rooms are quite good.
Private bathroom, hot shower, room comfortably spacious, WiFi OK. Rooms have TV. Twin bed rooms are quite spacious.
An OK teashop just next door. {better teashop is right at the end of the big bridge spanning the big canal crossing town}
10 minutes walk from Galaxy European food shop.
The hotel also order in food for you (some Chinese menu. Rice, vegetable and meat dishes.)
Breakfast very basic (toast and sugary coffee, fried rice, chickpea rice,) . But you can ask them if they can arrange stuff you want. Like tea from next door or shan noodles and mohinga, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location on Main High way YGN-MDY old road.They offer family room/ Superior for 2 person and single room also.Price are very reasonable price and you can get breakfast with Toast and fried rice which oily rice and bean with free coffee or tea. All the staffs are friendly and owners also very helpful guy. When I staying this hotel last month, my vehicle breakdown for major issues at midnight and all these staffs and owner helping me a lot finding my car parts around Kyaukse city and done by early morning.Fully respect gave and I gonna stay in this hotel always when I visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, opening breakfast early for us when we had a 5am departure time. The air conditioning was also very effective and the rooms were clean. However of our two rooms, only one had hot water, and one smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (likely from staff in the hallway). The wifi was very unreliable as well. This would all be understandable except that it cost nearly twice as much as our wonderful hotel in downtown mandalay.
