★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks very nice on the first impression that was the reason we went there. We had no Internet at all times even tho they said that there's WiFi available! It's far off the main city and you'll need a car to get there. The rooms were okay for the price we paid. I would not go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was on individual, the manager, among all the staff who spoke English. I asked for a regular room and was given a deluxe room which cost more and I felt deceived . The hot water and internet did not function despite speaking with the manager. The television had one Burmese channel. I would not recommend the hotel to any tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and peaceful hotel, bungalow type accommodation in a green garden with a small pool, about 15 minutes drive from center of the city, not so far from the airport. There's more tranquility and privacy then other downtown hotels in Mawlamying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and pleasant place with Bangalow type building in serene and moderately wide garden.Swimming pool is nice but narrow. Price is decent and much affordable for middle class.Breakfast is tasty generous and lavish.KTV present and Spa is also available .
