★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is presently a quarantine hotel. A new hotel with very good customer care. A staff in the reception are very friendly and they can speak English well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel quarantine commenced from 31st midnight till 11th morning. Sayar San Hotel seemed to be 4* somehow mentioned as 5* but not really. Rates are $80 for foreigners and 80000 mmk per night with 3 meals for Myanmar. (As for Myanmar foods are good enough). Hotel staffs are polite and respectfully welcome to all visitors. Hotel rooms are hygienic and worth to pay. Sadly there is no Internatinal cable TV available. (It is a big disappointing for me who interested to watch football live). All channels available are free to air and only policy channels and big tv but not HD Smart TV. Also there is no comfortable chair in the room even having nice view, only short small chair just to have foods. On 3rd day after checked in first time RT PCR test taken & on 7th day another RT PCR test taken. If you have both negative results you are allowed to checked out on 11th day. (Starting from 4th November visitors with recent RT PCR test result need to stay only 7 days HQ.) Since we arrived here on 31st night this rule is not applicable to us. So sad. Generally speaking this HQ is advisable to stay for HQ visitors. (Hopefully my review may help to improve necessary weak points for future visitors).

As a Myanmar citizen we commend the hospitality and the service of hotel staff who are doing their best to serve the guests at this trying time. The selection of Myanmar foods are good and they are tasty. Fresh fruits are also served. Keep up your good work. Cheers.
