★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the famous Tea House in Pyay. Always crowded with people. The taste of hot milkey tea is distinct from othervtea house. You can order variety of Myanmar and Indian foods. You can get Moathinga (မုန္႔ဟင္းခါး), Palata (ပလာတာ), Mutton Soup and Nan (ဆိတ္ဆြပ္နံျပား) etc.. Since it is always crowded with people, customers face the problem of car parking. It doesn't has it's own car parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a burmese style tea shop in Pyay. It has variety of local specials to offer and taste grate too. It's Si-Lon tea is famous and very delicious too. It added chinese food to their menu recently too and they has reasonable taste. Waiters are local and friendly too. It's on Strand Road so you will get fresh air. It's good for breakfast and something little for late night snack. Also a lunch destination too.
