★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, I woke in the night to three BED BUGS on me and on the sheets. I could not sleep in the room and moved to the hallway tiles. When I showed the managers they wouldn't believe me and tried to tell me it was mosquito even though I showed them the bugs. They would not give me a refund in full or even partially. Also when I turned up my reservation was not available and the cost was much more than they informed me on the phone.
