★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accomodations are fine and the location is great. But it really seems like they have no experience running a hotel. This is the only hotel in the area that foreigners are allowed to stay, but none of the staff speak English. You need to tell them to clean the room, or to replace things like toilet paper when it runs out. They don't know enough to do it themselves. Breakfast was included but they really don't cater to foreigners again. They have a bunch of staff standing around but they don't check to refill things when they are empty. You need to tell them when coffee or tea is empty. It really seems like they need someone to come in and train them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beach for locals. Friendly and welcoming to foreigners. Clean water and a nice swim. Worth a visit, as also is the main Myanmar Restaurant on one of the carparks.

The sea water is not very clear unlike other famous beaches in Myanmar but beautiful scenery with wide sand bank. People and children can play in the water and waves safely. Can do riding horse, bicycle, motorcycle. But need to arrange the shops not to cover the sea view and to be clean rubbish.
