★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for seafood buffet, amazing variety of food but huge disappointment came from Sushi rice. Sushi rice was too hard as if it was leftover from yesterday. The quality of sashimi were good - snapper, octopus, squid, sea bass, and tuna. The qaulity of teppanyaki was also good with tenderloin, scallop, octobpus, squid, crayfish, king crab. Good mixed seafood menu in close to very authentic japanese food except sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u wanna eat Sushi Buffet in Luxury restaurant, I would recommend Shiki Tei Restaurant inside Park Royal Hotel. Foods are good. Not only sushi, they also have Hot Pot and grill items. Friendly Staff, Well decorated, good atmosphere. Car park is available at basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant located inside Park Royal Hotel in Dagon Township. We went there for Japanese buffet session during lunch hour. It is an alacarte style made to order Japanese session. The selection ranges from Yakitori, Kani Misso Soup, Nigiri Zushi, Sashimi to delicate Wagyu beef with anything in between.
When we went there, we were the only table until we got out. The servers seem bored as little to no business in day time. However, the quality of the food is nice. They also have a few private rooms with tatami flooring.
Customer can park the car in the basement of the hotel. Rest room is to find and i ended up going to the employees restroom located close to the backdoor.
Food taste - Good
Service - OK
Price - expensive - close to $40 per head
