★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop cannot be trusted and it is difficult to communicate if you are a foreigner. They sent me a wrong package. I requested for refund since Oct. 16 but til now it is not yet resolved. Please think twice using this app. There are other better apps like Zay Chin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found in the tracking that my parcel is deliver today at 11.18am. However, delivery did not call and at 11.24am, it reflects First Delivery Attempt Failed (The first attempt deliver your package was not successful) - wonder why the delivery guy did not call to check??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Customer service. Worst customer care. The refund and return policies are just fake. They cancelled the order and didn't refund the money yet. it's been more than 30 days. Should respect to your customers. I've been waiting and don't know I lost my money. Such a waste of money on this online shop. I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give only one star because of their loosely organization structure and poor customer service. Local Order delivery take more than 10days and many delivery attempt fails. I'm not free the whole day. I have work to do and Busy man. Delivery never get on time and of course never accurate delivery time, I loose my precious time waiting for your delivery man without going nowhere. And nothing is delivered and after wasted my time, it's say delivery attempt fail. Nice Service. You need to care your customer or you will loose your precious consumer. Be respectful. I'm not the person you don't need to respect, I'm an educated person and also a teacher trainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered items on the same day. But these items were delivered one after another many time. During this period....we want to reduce meeting people. So instead of delivering items several times..and making customers to deal with several delivery people..it would be great to collect the items altogether first...then deliver to the customer. It would be good for customer as well as for delivery persons as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their company don't know what is happening in sale and marketing department. Worst customer service. I have experienced their worst services more than 4times and they didn't solve it. First, I order something and it's come in bad conditions. So I do a return form and wait for their team to get the return package. But they didn't care and after 6 days they contact me and will get the return package this afternoon. But why didn't they contact earlier? I have job, work to do and I'm busy at that afternoon so I told them to take it before 1pm. But they reply We can't, so may be tomorrow and I said okay. Next morning I have waiting the whole day and they didn't appear. So I make a contact with customer service and they said sorry your Return form has been cancel because we only get the return package in a week and it's over 7days. I told them but u only contact one time and it's over? .
The last cases are refund cases. They cancelled my orders but didn't refund the money yet until now. It has been 3 months. You should do something like stealing customer money. Worst service ever. No customer care.

Package said shipper name was SRH and address-BLK10A,#15-217,61Quarter,Ayar Wun Main Road,Ayar Chanthar Condo,Yangon,Dragon Myo thit,Dragon Seikkan. They sent me the used one.Normal price is 20000mmk but they got 30000mmk and sent me the used one. I say Good bye all you.
