★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small single room with small private toilet. Room, sheets, toilet are clean. Cable tv and free wifi. Reception hall is very small. Free breakfast is composed of 1 sandwich and a cup of coffee. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay if you are on a budget. Just a few steps away from the hotel, you can get a relaxing massage, eat chinese dumplings or eat a delicious crispy fried chicken at Uncle Fat just across the street. One block away from 19th street where you can eat, drink beer or just chill during the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very near to 19th street bar. Just 2min walk. As in downtown, no need to worry about food. Room is small though, well organised. Never feel like small. Good to stay alone. Room has TV too. Room is clean but humid and smelly sometimes. They also offer breakfast. Just bread with jam and butter, coffee, orange juice. No elevator. Need to update ur keycard everyday at reception if not u cant open ur door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Single rooms are tiny but sufficient for a small man as myself, staff is super friendly and helpful. Shower had good hot water 24/7 and ac in the rooms was an overkill for such a small room. No window so it gets somewhat humid in the room after a hot shower and the shower fan will only run if the lights are in so it's hard to keep it on at night... Location is GREAT just in the middle of China Town but in a small quiet alley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is cheap and has a not shared bathroom. Out of that, it is very small, that didn't disturb me, but very humid and smelly, it smells a little bit like piss, and it was noisy from early morning. So it does the job for a private room, but don't expect any comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is tinier than I thought, but really clean and well maintained. The staffs don't speak English language fluently, but always at customers disposal for help, with the little English they know. The location is great in my opinion. It is easy to access other parts of Yangon. Easy to get taxi/cab. It has lots of restaurant with different dishes, around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and friendly staff, arranged for my laundry to be done and booked my taxi (set fare) to bus station. Rooms are compact, no windows in mine. But comfortable bed, Aircon and in a good location just next to 19th Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a pretty bad experience. We booked online a 'standard double room'. We arrived pretty late and all the rooms were taken except for a windowless and smelly room near the reception which they had to clean before we entered... After some arguing, the staff told us that that was the standard room and they had no more rooms available. We ended up staying as it was already payed and they didn't want to give us a refund but honestly the room really smelled like piss and humidity and had a lot of machine noises that we guess are from other buildings power generators. The staff was nice after all but whatever you do, don't take a standard room as there are 2 like this and both are pretty bad. Also, the breakfast is basically coffee mix with a little bun so don't get your hopes up high...
