★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24hour-open tea shop. Good for goussip and sitting tea shop, talking with friends and moving the time. This is not good option to choose for foodies. Food are not good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can bear cigarettes smokes, loud noises, and of course, sharing spots, then this is a go-to place. The food is quite yummy although I'd say it's a bit pricey for a local tea-shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant, quite big, directly opposite Marry Brown. Proper tables, chairs, tiled floor.
Probably by locals for locals. Menu totally in the local language (a list with numbers, no pictures). The people there don't seem to speak or understand English so not geared towards tourist. Was able to order by pointing at pictures on the wall and gesturing the quantity. As with other restaurants here, they serve free free-flow tea. Noodles here are nice, rice was so-so. Seems to be open 24/7, prices not the cheapest but reasonable. The portion of certain dishes were bigger than expected. Seems to also sell dimsum or some version of it. Friendly service despite the total language barrier.
Worth a visit. Definitely a place to go when all other shops have closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is packed with local with people and looked clean, so I decided to give it a go. There are plenty of waiters, so the service is very attentive and quick. They have an English menu with many local dishes to choose from. Food came promptly and looked great. I had a noodle soup with coconut milk and it was delicious. Prices are cheap.
Be aware that they use MSG like most burmese restaurants in this price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were raging hungry and found this tea house. There's a lady that speaks good English and can take your order. The menu is also translated in English with quite some success. Most dishes were vegetarian, chicken, mutton, or fish, and we thought the place might be halal but I can't really confirm this. Some things on the menu might not be available so it's good to have a backup. We had the chicken bao, the chicken cashew, some chapati with dipping sauces, a 100-layer pancake with bean/lentil things, papaya juice and banana juice. We were very happy and full.
