★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My trip was Yangon-Kale and there were no TV fixed on the back of the seat. There are charging ports at the back seat on the left side (2 seats side).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. The receptionists at the counter are not polite and kind. We can see this in their faces, it's too obvious. And the space are very small and dirty. All the staffs are don't care about this like it's none of their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a comfortable waiting room with A.C before your departure time. The staff there are hospital and nice. The bus driver never drives either recklessly or quickly beyond the limited MPH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VIP bus at 22000 kyat from Yangon to Mandalay. Bus is very new. Air-conditioning is set to be very cold. Some snacks and drinks given free. Every seat has TV with English and Chinese movie, with USB charging port.
The staffs just placed a mat and slept in between the seats, and also at the back. I was puzzled they just take turns and slept there.
Bus departed at 9:30am and reach Mandalay bus station at around 6:15pm.
Overall service is ok.
