★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived at 7 in the morning, we could check in immediately and even got free breakfast! The staff is super friendly and helps you with anything. The breakfast was good, the rooms were nice and clean and the beds very comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance to the vaunted restaurant row. Everyone seems to know the hotel so it was easy to arrange the taxi when we arrived. Didn't find any staff member who had serviceable English odd reading some people relied on staff to make plans. In Ngauc-u which is the best place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. They had a really nice breakfast option and lovely staff. They had E-scooters and push bikes to hire for a reasonable price and we were able to book tours and bus tickets from the reception. Lots of good food options on the same street for dinner and lunch. Pretty clean rooms and bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bike and e-bike rental is available which is very convenient and the prices are reasonable. The location was great. Our room was clean. We arrived off the nightbus at 7am and then let us have a room that was available at no extra charge as well as have breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our road trip. In a busy part of town and there was a lot of construction so it was noisy all the time. The standard rooms are very small. The best part is the convenience. Location is good. Great value for the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees went out of their way to accommodate us. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit far off the beaten path. The traffic is easy to navigate. I got a good night sleep. I thought my room was very clean. We were allowed into the room at 10am free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great. The family/close friends who run the establishment are delightful and make you feel at “home. We rented e-bikes from the hotel which were in great condition and for a good price. Breakfast felt a bit overrated but they do change things up slightly with samosas or fritters.
