★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the (main) Lower Kyee Myin Daing Road, this Mandalay Monte (rice noodle) shop has been here for more than a decade. You can enjoy the authentic Mandalay taste here and no need to go to Mandalay to eat this noodle anymore. The noodle is perfectly matched with clear fish cake broth. They got a few side dishes -- steamed fish cake for instance -- as well.
