★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely teashop. Their Kya Seint (bitter tea with a drop of condensed milk) is on point. Pe Nann Bya is another favourite of mine. You can see the cooks working, it's really amazing to watch them mix tea and make paratha etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my fried rice and egg here every day and it is great. The fresh long donuts are the best you will find anywhere but may be all gone by 8am. There is a queue of motorbikes getting their takeaways every day!
