Sincere Smile Hotel

The positive side of this is that you escape the bustle of Bagan and can retreat into this quiet spot with a lovely secluded poolan oasis of calm. There is a slight smell coming fromt the toilets and corridoors that the staff tries to hide with air freshener. Breakfast (included in cost) was good. Highly recommended, just great.

Nice and clean hotel. We stayed in delux room and no problem with hot and cold shower and air condition. The staff are nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast is not bad, clean and have quite variety. We will stay there again. recommended to couples and family.

I had the double room overlooking the swimming pool. Hotel staff is nice and warmly greeted us when we walked in. Breakfast was reasonable with a okayish choice but the emphasis was on Asian food although they did do omlettes on request. I will recommend this hotel to my friend.

Great location in New Bagan. Staffs are friendly and rooms are clean. Swimming pools is really need to maintain water quality. Breakfast is just normal.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience at Sincere Smile Hotel. A Good Hotel. Star . Star . Star . Star . Star We have been to Bagan in May. It was very happy family trip and we arrived to Sincere Smile Hotel near by Lawkanandar pagoda. There was a pool enough. Hotel location is particular place and quiet. Hotel rooms are large enough for family and friends. Fair price and wonderful service. 24 hours full air condition is very comfortable and very important for visitors to Bagan. Because, Bagan is very hot. Additional value added services are also available such as laundry service, massage, restaurant, home theater, meeting room, car rental and so on. Breakfast is also ready at the garden when you get up. This hotel is suitable for both local and foreigner family, friends group, office team building, office meeting and various purpose. Cool and hot water available for bathroom. Oh! WIFI free available here. It will facilitate to everyone. I did like to have the breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel garden, in front of the restaurant. And It take only 7 minutes walk to Lawkanandar pagoda on the side of Irrawady river. Finally, all of the hotel staffs are very warmly and happy to provide service you and your family. I am sure to visit again. :) June 2019

The rooms were fine and the garden/pool area was lovely. The buffet breakfast is adequate. The staff was very friendly and tried very hard to help us as best they could. I would stay elsewhere if I came back as there are lots to choose from but it's not terrible.

The rooms are nice and clean. Sadly the laundry service is extremely overpriced. I paid over $20US for a very small bag of washing. I attempted to have this fixed by the staff but they were uninterested. This is six times more expensive than any other location on my holiday. The restaurant is also very slow to serve meals.

Sincere Smile is a smaller and unassuming hotel in Bagan that gives you value for the money that you pay. In other words, it's reasonable. Management and service is kind and attentive, but the rooms are a little on the basic side. They are kept clean, but they can use furniture upgrades to make them more comfortable. There is a restaurant on premises, which is OK by Burmese standards. The pool and the garden are pleasant, especially after a long day of sightseeing.
