★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget hotel for foreigner ,staff are friendly, you might face language barrier if u dont speak Burmese language cause very few staff can communicate on english.my recommend to stay front side view room on new building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sky hotel Locate at Hlaing Thar Yar central area and the bus stop will be Thama Gone( သမကုန္း ) .It's low budget hotel and serving rooms with breakfast also.Newspaper service bar and other luggage service provide there.It's very near with Twantay and Hlaing Thar Yar junction so that travellers can stay and wait for the bus there.Thanks for reading my comment and hope you will enjoy staying at there.

But reception service is very bad and crazy.
Hotel usually accept part time usage for couples and don't know how yto host the regular customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels in Yangon with reasonable rates. Hotel staffs are very friendly and well-trained. Food are really delicious and clean. Deluxe rooms are quite spacious and it is really worth spend my time at Sky Hotel, Hlaingtharyar.Despite having mosquitoes a few months ago, they have managed for that issue for our convienece. Now I found out that there are much less mosquitoe than before. I am so appretiate with your hotel's effort. See you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Staff was super friendly and helpful, food on the restaurant was good
- A lot of mosquitos, our room smelled like cigarettes and was outdated. Not dirty, but old and stains everywhere.very very noisy surraunding, no restaurants nearby. We were here one night because it is very close to the bus station. This is okay place to sleep when you are taking the early morning bus, otherwise location is no good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall raito is fair and balance.room clean and size is huge and good room.AC not super cool and old model that used.Services fair and room service taking too long.Especially target for local people who used just for section (3 hrs). Most of their customers are couple.
Kitchen did great job and all foods are delicious.
