★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is dated, could really use a refresh. Breakfast is acceptable. Dinner is tasty. Roof top restaurant have a great view to watch the sunrise and sunset and the balloons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent three nights here. The room was of reasonable siza and more or less clean. There was no safe in the room and the carpet had a lot of stains. The personel was very friendly and helpfull, we even could check in at 4 o clock in the morning since our bus was too early. The pool is nice and clean and the terrasse hives a nice view over the balloons starting in the morning. E bikes can be rented for 10000 Kyats a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel has spacious rooms, pretty good breakfast, and the staff is really nice. Only thing we didnt like was the exchange rate they used when checking out, which was about 10% higher than what it should have been. When asked about it, the answer was simply: "it is a bit different". Obviously not a lot money, but left a bad aftertaste after an otherwise really nice stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff who were very helpful and helped us during our stay. Let us check in early after our overnight bus ride. Peaceful setting on a small road so nice to not hear road traffic for a good nights sleep. Lovely roof top restaurant where you also get views over Bagan's temples which is very atmospheric. Great pool, clean and tidy rooms, would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel for a very affordable price. We arrived at 7 am after a horrible bus drive. We had booked a double room, but it wasn't ready yet but they had 1 single beds available so we took that instead (when you need to sleep you need to sleep!) The room had nice beds and a beautiful bathroom. The tub took a long time to fill. They have a small cafe and all the food is a reasonable price. They had nice towels, offered toothbrushes and soap in the room (although the shampoo was meh). What really peeved was how much they over charged for taxi and bus services. They were finishing building a pool when we stayed. They offer half day bike rentals for 5k. Probably wouldn't stay again because it's located a little far from a lot of things. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to stay. They have a nice swimming pool, friendly staff and nice clean rooms and beds. It's also quite so you can have a good sleep.
Its 5 minutes from the main restaurant street by e-bike, so that perfect. You will need to rent an e-bike anyway to move around and see all the temples, would highly recommend that option.
