★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best condo in Yangon imho. Best because it is relatively small, well staffed and well maintained. It is expensive however. The upkeep and all. Pool is on the small side, but ok. It is mostly probably put up, double glazed windows n doors, CO2 sensors in basement parking, such small details make up big difference compare to other condos I've viewed so far (yes I viewed a lot). Pleasant to stay as well, with 24hr security, receptionist and electricity even in balckouts u can keep cool with AC on, for some charges of course. Overall, clean, well maintained, customer oriented, ample parking spaces n killer rooftop access to all make this one a winner for me.
