★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ambiance. Love the community. Love the service. Sky is so blue. Air is so fresh. Surrounding is so green. Price is somewhat above average but, compared to the cramped downtown area with congested traffic, reasonable and worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well maintained estate, which can be comparable to Singapore's cleanliness and safety level . Starcity is very convenient for expat who working in Thilawa or Yangon downtown area, both direction is 30 minutes drive in normal traffic. No mosquitoes, rats and fly. Foods, Supermarket, Hair Cut, Massage, Dental and GP Clinic, Gym, Swimming pool and bank teller machine, all are within estate. In the evening, children are playing, people jogging or walking a dog, indeed a very lively place for families too.
