★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food in a nice atmosphere. The owner clearly cares and the effort shows. A nice place to eat and watch football when there is a good match. Does attract some young guys who drink heavily, but the crowd is mixed, so they don't ruin the atmosphere too much.

They have a private air-con room at 3000 kyat / hour. Which was a good option as it was dusty to dine at the open area. Toilets were clean.
Signboard was a little hard to spot, causing slight confusion as there was another eatery that has closely similar name.
