★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop caters to the cheap end of the market. The equipment and supplies are all of poor quality. They don't have commonly used items like wholemeal or rye flour. Nearly everything is Chinese in origin, and caters to Asian tastes. During my visit they didn't have standard items like baking powder in stock. Overall, I'd give this place a miss unless you are desperate for white flour or baking soda that costs $1 for 1kg.

I saw a great variety of food stuff, utensils, packaging materials, manufacturing tools etc..
They are also taking COVID precautions seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great range of Wilton and other cake decorating and baking goods. Including ingredients upstairs. Quantities are bulk but relatively cheap. They also have mixers and some other kitchen machines. A well stocked store of that's what your into.
