★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not very satisfied with the staff's attitude. I don't mean all of them. But, when I went to buy air tickets yesterday, the girl staff seems a bit reluctant to explain things and rude too. How come? For a big travels and tours company, this action is unacceptable, I think. So, I seriously suggest that Sun Far still needs to improve them as well as their attitude towards customers!

Probably because they dont have the best working conditions, the tiny office at New University Avenue Road has far more people than the space can accomodate.
Management team: please find ways to make your workers happy so that your customers can be happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them is very bad. I booked a flight with them for Singapore Airlines and that flight to London was just over 1,100 US dollars. Singapore Airlines later then cancelled the fight and informed me that they had refunded the money back to Sun Far Travels in Yangon. I have constantly emailed Sun Far but they have never responded. I also travelled to their offices on 3 separate occasions but they were always closed.
