★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and attentive staff, will go out of their way to help you book bus tickets and make sure your stay is what you expect it to be. Reasonably priced minibar and free bike rentals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were stock standard. No fly screen to stop mosquitoes getting into your room though. Had to make one with a towel. The first room we were given had a leaky toilet. The breakfast seemed ok, but the "hot food" was over a water bath that wasn't heated. The toilets down by breakfast smelt like arse at all times of the day and wasn't stocked with toilet paper, not good of you are fighting off the food poisoning the "hot" breakfast have you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very basic and small, showers take a while to warm up and have low pressure. Good value for the money. Breakfast is good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sunny hotel was the first stop in our trip. We made the reservation online before. Online the hotel seemed nicer than it actually was. The rooms were quite ok, but the bathroom was not really clean it had water stains all over and was not renovated. Good was the new air-conditioning. The breakfast was also quite nice. The location of the hotel was perfect just in front of the palace. In general, the hotel can be recommend, but not for the price on booking. It is expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It smells very bad from the bathroom in all rooms (we changed the room during our stay and was the same awful smell). The location is also not convenient - it seems close to the walls of the old Town, however the entrance is on the opposite side. The only advantage is very nice and helpful staff but I think you can experience it in any place in Myanmar :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It stinks horrible from the toilet, rooms need renovation, old furniture, stains on the walls and floors, poor pressure of the water. Location - although it is in the center it is quite far from all attractions, especially from palace (entrance is on the opposite side)
Very attentive staff, good breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really clean hotel. Cheap and basic.
Stuff is very polite and friendly but needs some training.
When we got to the hotel toilet was dirty, and nit fixed. There is quite much dirt everywhere which needs daily cleaning. Staircase is used as temporary storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good. The provided breakfast is good. But, the staff come into and do the cleaning while we are going out at the day time without notifying us when we check in. I lost my valuable phone on the trip and I am not sure that I lost in hotel or in other visted places.
