★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is nice.There is customer lounge,where you can wait and have coffee that you can make for yourself,and cold water,and air conditioning if electricity is in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is a mix feeling. Always have ups and downs. Lets start with the good ones. The parts order/arrival time is often very long. Must be difficult especially this time, so understandable. They at least follow up on the issues and inform the owner when available. Waiting room is not so big but air-conditioned and fairly comfortable with a decent speed WiFi. Service is normally fast, but appointment is a must or u risk wasting time waiting. Warranty booklet must be presented for any warranty claims, no book they won't entertain. Lost your book, u r out of luck for a new replacement as well, so be very very careful with that warranty booklet, or the consequences are not so pleasant. It is the policy issued by the company, so the staffs are mostly powerless against it, since they are instructed to service any warranty related repairs/replacement ONLY with the booklet present. If u dont, u will be required to talk ur way out of it. Apart from that, it is getting improvement compare to the previous time, in terms of customer service and all. Good job to the staffs, not so much for the management.
