★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little or no English, not helpful when bus was over and hour late and we were only told "coming soon" on repeat. No real waiting area, other ticket agencies along the main road have rows of benches, this is merely one bench that people need to squeeze past every few minutes. Been waiting over 90 minutes now with the same story. Not a good experience.
