★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful place, really nice and easy to get to from Yangon. You can do a boat ride which is lovely, canoeing, and mountain biking and hiking around the orchard which is massive. You can cook for yourself if you want, since lunch is not included (but only 4,000 pp). Food is very basic but tasty. If you don't like fried rice for breakfast or white bread you should bring your own breakfast. Bring mosquito repellent because there are many bugs.
Although I enjoyed it, I would like to recommend a few things. It would be nice to improve the place a bit so it becomes a bit more worth the price. Hammocks would be a great addition or some lounging chairs/beds since the chairs available are super uncomfortable if you want to relax and read a book. If you pay 150,000 mmk per night (which is extremely expensive), you shouldn't ask for rent for mountainbikes (of which the gears don't work) and for canoeing. For that price these things should be available for free.
For kids a small playground or football etc would make it a bit more fun.
