★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with buying monitors from them. I've bought a gaming monitor, Philips Momemtum 32" curved 144Hz from Alpha Trion which is one of dealers they distribute their products to. When I noticed one dead pixel after 8 months used, I was told by Alpha Trion to contact them for warranty service. They told me one dead pixel is not eligible for warranty. At least 3 or 4 is required. So, I thought "Ok, fine. I think I can live with only one dead pixel". A few days later, I got 4 more dead pixels which they claimed they don't see them as they are so-called dead pixels only visible to me as I'm too sensitive. What a lame excuse! I will never buy any products from them in the future, and share my experience to anyone who considers to buy from them.
