★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. I went without an appointment last month and despite a long wait, the service and cut was OK. I called to book an appointment for a second visit. I do not speak Myanmar and the receptionist did not speak English. Rather than pass the phone to someone else, she just hung up on me. I called again thinking it may have been a connection issue. She understood that I am asking for an English speaker, but said she speaks Myanmar and hung up on me a second time. I tried a third time and as soon as she picked up she rudely shouted “we can’t” down the line. Please train your staff on customer service and to not hang up on customers.
