★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレン州にいくつかある仏教カルトのひとつ。テラコンの村。
村のリーダーはラオスから来たという人で、ここに村を作って、信徒とともに伝統的な暮らしを続けている。機織りをする家も見受けられた。
リーダーによれば、苗族はもともとカレンで発生し、ラオス、カンボジア、中国などに広まったのだそうだ。テラコンはいくつかの（3つの？）宗教・宗派を統合した平和を目指す宗教というようなことを言われたが、よくわからなかった。
敷地内には平面が三角形の巨大な聖堂が建てられていたが、私が訪れたときには台風で壊れてて建て替えの最中だった。現在は小さな仮本堂のような三角形の祭壇がある。新しく建設中の聖堂は、基礎がコンクリートのようだ。以前は完全な木造だったので、そちらが見たかった。
テラコンの本山は、チャインセジ郡のチャイドンというところにあるという。本山の建物は三角形ではないらしい。

The leader of the village is from Laos, who has set up a village here and continues the traditional life with the congregation. Some weaving houses were found.
According to leaders, the seedlings originally originated in Karen and spread to Laos, Cambodia, China and elsewhere. I was told that Terracon was a peace religion that united several (3?) Religions and religions, but I was not sure.
A huge cathedral with a triangular plane was built on the site, but when I visited, it was broken by a typhoon and was being rebuilt. At present there is a triangular altar like a small Kahondo. The newly built cathedral seems to have concrete foundations. Previously it was completely wooden and I wanted to see it there.
The headquarters of Terracon is said to be located in Chaidong in Chainsage County. It seems that the building in Motoyama is not a triangle.
