★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flat room are wide enough to live big family, but water problem is very serious. There are so much thief from behind ward. Front road is wide but a lot of container are staying to transfer cargo. It's very quick to go downtown at night but return taxi fare might be requested some extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly spacious apartments. Water is a letdown. I spent 20+ lakks (2millions) to remedy it, n still struggling. The road (Yadana road) is busy with container trailers. Day n night, i wouldn't call this a "quiet" place. Apart from that, its good. Ample space for car parking (watch out for the gipsy kids, n thieves (two separate entities)). Working towards to get city water supply to solve bad water problem (iron bacteria and lime content is Wayyyyyyy off the charts). Soon, should be ok, hopefully.
