★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much seating but got great milk tea and fruit juices with a nice variety to choose from while the price is only half of the other 'big name' stores. It's an absolute 'must-go' for any milk tea lover.
P.S try the taro milk tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Tea Black three time during our stay in Yangon because the tea is delicious and the best prices we could find. The Matcha bubble tea was my favorite for 2000 kyat. They will even make your drink with less sugar if you want. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boring ambience, no English spoken, peeling paint all over the place BUT...
...there are outlets for customers to charge their devices, there is air con with a fan, and there is a huge selection of teas, juices, milk beverages, and fruit combo drinks and all are either cheap or very reasonable (small teas start at 1000 Kyats) and for that reason alone, I’m in. Also, when I ordered “less ice and less sugar” they actually listened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tea Black serves nice bubble tea and is located in Downtown Yangon. The interior design of Tea Black could be nicer to make it more memorable and the cafe itself is pretty long and narrow (and slightly cramped especially when passing in between tables.
Definitely worth a visit for some bubble tea and to hang out and catch up with friends.
