★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service from Shan State is pretty bad. They have "VIP" seat arrangement but seat pitch is poor; also no snacks or blankets. Staff sleeping in the aisles and boxes of Chinese goods piled everywhere (under every seat).
They don't care about sanitation or masks. Someone was coughing for many hours and they're not concerned.
Bus is said to pass Hispaw at 3pm but it was actually 4:30 (2.5 hours after 2pm departure from Lashio)
