★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be a clinic. It's incredibly dirty and reminds me of the SAW movies. Paint peeling off the walls, an incredible amount of mold in the bathroom. Overcharging foreigners for sure. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Double room cost 18000mmk for a night but no breakfast and rooms are a bit dirty, most utilities are nearly broke down. Towels are also not very clean and staffs are not really helpful and have some inappropriate behavior.
