★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient? Yes. Good spot? Not really. Especially the overflow of the sewage water during monsoon is terrible. The air ventilation for the buildings are little to none, some buildings have no lights at night which is really dangerous, and the elevators are not safe.
