The Beer Factory at downstairs is more of a chilling vibe with lower volume music and The Attic at upstairs has loud music with like beer pong tables (people who don't enjoy nigh clubs will find the Attic more entertaining) Most of us would chill at The Beer Factory first, then go upstairs to The Attic after the evening.
The foods are great, reasonable prices.
The best part is for those who would want to throw their birthday parties, by my information, at TBF they have special present as Beer Cone and at The Attic is like Birthday Shots on house!
Totally unique place, need more places like this in Yangon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere. Mostly young adults (18-22) go there. Food is great, music is okay. Price might be a bit expensive. Parking can be an issue sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consider expensive place but not much vareity of beer. The food is just nornal not fancy. Its a good place to chilled out with friends and co workers but not with kids. Good ambient and well decorated. They have indoor and out door tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to chill with your friends at night time. Well entertain, Good atmosphere, Friendly Staff. My Favourite Shisha is available there. Food is great. It's not just to a place to have a drink coz of it's name. Difficult to get the car park since it's on Saturday. Recommended.
