★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost 1 star not because of their remoteness but for the lack of in-compound transportation service for guests and visitors.
The rest is splendid.
Facility, safety, accommodation, car parking, location, etc., are all very well arranged. The sight of Hlaing river is just refreshing enough for everyone. They have a very fairly-priced canteen where you can get good food and drinks, and also boast a fully self-service City Express (convenience store). You will need an access card to pass through the doors, though.
The whole place is well maintained and serviced. There is a jetty in fifty meters from the building although it runs only seasonally.
