★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really glad there's such place in Yangon that considers public space and open venues. The Central Boulevard is such a great place not just for hangouts and shopping, but also its wide public space is very outstanding for people who wants to host events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the best prime location in Yangon. I like coming to place to walk my dog out in the pavilion. It is pet friendly place where you can bring your dog.
It is quite spacious and has some fancy cafe in the walkway. Toilets are getting disinfected everyday in the evening.
Parking space is quite reasonable. First hour is free and 500 kyats an hour onwards.
You can cross the street and you have a chance to walk on the lake side.

It is sad to see that a lot of shops have been closing down and going out of business .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u talk about central, there is two. A small shopping mall in front and a residential area at the back. The shopping mall is quite small, but the location is prime, just opposite to Inya lake. The place is lively, with many young people come for photos and to hang out. The restaurants are mostly good and stylish. The place comes to live in the evening when the sun is lower on the horizon. People come for a drink, for coffee, for a walk, and some bring their dogs for a walk as well. The mall is still in development and will become much bigger in the future.
Now, the residential part, the rooms are on small side, also the Lake view rooms are quite expensive. They have around 7 to 8 tall towers, and only a few will have decent views since all are clustered together. Only tower 1 has finished construction, and another taking shape. The rest are still in development, so construction noise will b ur friend if u choose to buy now. Pools, gyms and other facilities are also not started construction. The hallway is quite dingy if electricity goes off, no open air, no natural light. Also, their backup electricity only serve lift and corridors, not the rooms, they provide small ups for rooms, which isnt ideal. I personally didnt like it, but some may find it adequate since the location is very good.
