★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its my second visa run in Myanmar, from all the places nearby in town this seems to be the best corner to grab a quick bite before heading back to Mae Sae; and yes they give you a fork and a knife.

I've returned about five times. The Circle Cafe is easily the best place for Westerners to eat and drink in Tachileik. The fish and chip meal is excellent.
Great location for people watching too.
