Of course, it is just because of the wrong understanding and communication between them and me firstly , not because of the skill of his haircut. But finally they had given me the best solution, free service that I had not expected before. I also know that it was not their mistake, just the wrong of understanding on not clearly description. Their services are very nice not like the other shops which will only be pushed the responsibility to the customers.
