 The tower on Dhamma Thukha Kyaung Road, Hlaing Township is very nice, but the access road is a bit congested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were good sized. 3 bedroom apartment will comfortably house family of 6 without being on top of each other. Balconies are also good sized. Lobby is clean and air-conditioned. Also it is staffed during office hours. Lift landing and corridors are also well lit, well ventilated. Pool, however, is green, which i personally didnt like. The parking is chargeable for all visitors, 1000mmk per hour. A bit steep if u ask me, but residents are also charged 70000mmk per month, so, cant complain much as a visitor. The only downside for me, is the location. It is being accessed by a narrow street, with a street market present, makes things worse. If not for that narrow street, would have been much better. Also, neighbouring ice factory generate quite a bit of noise, so u might want to get higher floors to escape the noise. Glass windows and glass doors are not insulated(not double glazed), so that afds to that. Overall, i dont mind staying here if I'm not holding a day job which requires me to drive in/out regularly.
