★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and clean. Everything works. Except the flush so had to ask to repair while we left the place. Afterwards it was repaired. Also the electric outlets are all three pin. Only one socket with multi pin so asked for a multi pin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have wrong photos on booking, so we had regular room instead of what we've seen on photos. Asked to change the room, it takes about 1 hour to set it all and they extra charge us for 10$ per night. Hmm.. that was your fault, guys. Ok, we paid, we were just too tired to arguing. The room was fantastic, it was deluxe in cool Japanese style.
BUT the worst thing was breakfast. It was totally disgusting. Especially noodle soup and scrambled eggs for order. Coffee was ok and that's it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind staff with a good english, comfortable bed, quiet (5th floor), very good breakfast. The room was nice and new, but it was really hot and you need to turn on air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with friendly staff. This is the only hotel I stayed in Mandalay but from what I heard never expect too much. This though is clean and tidy and location is fine. It's a quick ride to anywhere in a ThoneBane (same as a tuk-tuk). Breakfast was ok with a bit of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart and clean hotel in a good location in Mandalay.
There’s an ATM right across the road from the hotel, and a mini supermarket (G & G - grab and go) round the corner.
The room minibar is not too expensive (eg bottle of water is 1000MMK compared to 300MMK at G&G).
Staff are really attentive and friendly.
The only con would be the bathroom. The shower was getting a little flooded; the shower itself was lovely - good pressure and nice hot water. The bathroom itself could occasionally get smelly.
I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Mandalay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel, very confortable room, very very clean, good location for ***dalay (there is not too much to do in ***dalay in general so the location is as good as it gets, near the night market). The hotel restaurant is a bit small and crowded but the food was very good. Do not take the "breakfast to go" unless you are really desperate. Waste of a styrefoam box (you pretty much get only bread and a tangerine).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel becomes my usual stay hotel whenever I am in ***dalay. The staff is polite, courteous and efficient. The room was also clean and tidy. Staff at the restaurant was very helpful and flexible to let me have breakfast at 6am even though they open at 6:30am. I always enjoy my stay in this hotel. I recommend it strongly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay here. Yes the prices are slightly (not that much!) high, but the rooms are very nice. They are clean, nicely decorated and big enough. The staff is really caring and the breakfast is good in the Asian options, not so much on the western. Prices for the laundry, restaurant and spa are to high in my opinion. But overall 100% recommened this hotel for a comfortable stay!
