★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely swimming pool and mountain view... the rooms are big... poor breakfast and customer service... nth to see around the area but when you visit to Kyeikhtiyoe pagoda, can have relax time with family on the way back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place.But location is between Kyeik Hto & Kin Pom Camp.So for those,who came to Kyeik Htee,the hotel is far.The Pool is smart,5 ft deep but not wide like in photos.The best point you should choice here is that it is a good place to take photos.

Views from deluxe rooms are good but not from other types.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get Mountain View and its pleasure , you should not miss to go there .
This hotel can give you the best view of the Kyike hto’s beauty especially mountain .
But here is some point I against .
1) Rooms are not sound proof . Guests from another rooms voice , walking sound will wake u up, annoy you and vice versa . You feel like all of you are in the same room .
2) Breakfast is very poor . Tasteless , small variety of choice . Taste of Free breakfast and ala carte food are very different .
3) Amenities they give are just basic . Don’t expect too much . Bring yours .
4) No free WiFi in the room . Only available in the reception.
5) Payment is only with cash . No card payment is possible . And no ATM machine in the resort.
6) Rooms are so small and need renovation and deep cleaning and some items need to change because they look too old and too dirty to use.
In conclusion , I think the owner of this hotel does not know any rules , basic of a standard hotel . He just opens it because he has this excellent great land .

Swimming pool is beside the mountain view. 100% recommend to stay there.
Standard room (for 3adults) make 35000kyats, it is very comfortable but alittle away from pool. (With breakfast)
I recommend to stay at deluxe room. Deluxe room locate infront of swimming pool and great mountain view.
Large compund & full of plants & decorations. Very nice for photo shoot.
For morning, there is big restaurant & between 10pm to 4am there is small restaurant. (Don't need to worry for night)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very peaceful place. Customer service is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There have bar and billiards table. Swimming pool is a most attractive place in this hotel.
