★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff and service. Hotel host Zinhtet N. went beyond expected to make our stay more comfortable, also providing valuable information for our trip in Myanmar. We booked 3 rooms and stayed 2 nights for a family of 9 and everyone enjoyed. Lots of food options at hotel. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are terrible. Central water heater malfunctions. Some air conditioners malfunction. Drawers lack handles. Shower head breaks off during normal usage, and guest is expected to pay. Bath tub water pipe ain't connected to the mains. They are still using CRT TV. Their electrical sockets are not traveller friendly.
I would have given 1 star, but their service is actually good. The staff knows full well how terrible their hotel is, and they are so apologetic to make it up with their best effort. They entertained my kid safely so that the parents can enjoy the buffet breakfast with a peace of mind. Despite self service breakfast buffet, they will deliver some food for you. The breakfast food is reasonably good. When it's raining, they do their best to shelter as much as possible with umbrellas for as many people as they can accommodate. They will carry every baggage you ask then to carry.
You can sense from them they really want to serve you with their best effort. If not for the terrible facilities, I would have given a big tip for everyone, and 5 stars.
