Peut être difficile d'accès sans "guide".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Strand ist recht gut von Dawei aus zu erreichen. Eine neu gebaute Strasse (vermutlich einst für das Projekt "Mandoli-Hotel" angelegt) führt über die Küstenberge und endet erst kurz vor dem letzten Teilstück zum Strand mit dem Fischerdorf. Hier muss man eine bei Ebbe trockene Lagune durchfahren. Vorsicht! Die Lagune füllt sich bei herankommender Flut sehr schnell mit Wasser und schneidet den Rückweg ab.
Wir haben den Strand sowohl an seinem Nordende, dort wo sich das Dorf befindet, als auch an seinem Südende besucht. Im Süden sind lediglich zwei Imbisse bzw. Strandrestaurants vorhanden.
Schatten bietet der langgezogene, schmale Strand kaum, dafür umso mehr Müll, sowohl im Dorf, als auch am Strand.
The beach is quite easy to reach from Dawei. A newly built road (probably once laid out for the "Mandoli Hotel" project) leads over the coastal mountains and ends shortly before the last section to the beach with the fishing village. Here you have to drive through a lagoon that is dry at low tide. Attention! The lagoon fills very quickly with water when the tide approaches and cuts off the way back.
We visited the beach both at its north end, where the village is, and at its south end. In the south there are only two snack bars or beach restaurants.
The elongated, narrow beach hardly offers any shade, but all the more rubbish, both in the village and on the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the huge disappointment of Maungmagan (totally dirty with black slimey sand and overcrowded) Tizit was a real surprise. No one (!) was there, it's a broad beach with a length of 1,5/2km(?), clean water, white sand and a few small "restaurants". No shade at all so bring something or be creative with the small palm trees...
It's easier to find than expected. Leave the main road, drive through the hills along a newly built/restored road, cross a small village (wave to the children and greet them), cross a dry lake and after a second and smaller village you're there.
Water is refreshing and there are fisher boats for your best holiday picture ;).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tizit Beach is situated in Launglone Township, Dawei. It can be reach by motorcycle. Before going, you need to check the time for tide because you need to walk through waters before reaching the beach, the fewer the better. There is fisher village close to the beach thus you can see the beauty of fishing boats. You can also taste loacal sea food and variety of fishes with reasonabke price.
