★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with hair cutting. They don't know what I want. Skill is worst. If you do hair cut here, need to mention a lot detail. Don't waste your precious time and hair here. It was worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to cut my hair today. The staff with rainbow colored hair asked me if I wanted to choose a barber. I told him I was ok with anyone and he replied that I have to wait another two people in queue. So, I waited for like 45 minutes and then my turn had come but he didnt call me. Instead, he called another guy who arrived later than me. I went to him and told him that I arrived earlier than that guy and he replied that it was because the guy chose the barber he wanted. There were other staffs telling me that it will be my turn after him. I was totally pissed off and went back without cutting my hair.
FYI : I am a regular customer. I cut my hair at TNTT since it's been opened at YKC. I will never cut my hair at TNTT again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the shop for opening hours at Myanmar Plaza and the lady on the line was extremely rude and unprofessional. She sounded like I owe her a million dollar. Called was made 8May2019, 6pm. You really need to work on your customer service skills. I hope the owners see this message.

washed and done. The lady who did my hair had such an attitude and gave me the worst treatment. Even her hair washing was lacking, she didn't had the proper knowledge of knowing to use cold water to rinse off conditioner, so I had to tell her about it. Do better Tony tun tun. After the wash, she started styling my hair withouteven asking what I wanted. And when I told her this style is not what I wanted, she started aggressively brushing out the curls she had already done without my opinion. Basically yanking my hair in the process. I was aggravated but didn't say anything about it and just paid and left after she finsihed styling my hair to what I wanted, it wasn't even that good of job she did. I don't remember her name either.
