★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is actually guest house ,but the location is very centralized and quite place in Mindat, Chin State.Room rate is medium and laundry can be available as requested.Domestic water is limited in Chin State but not at guesthouse.Only one staff ,she is politely treated and helpful.
It is very clean and good room services, good view, near convenient shops,good accessible.
Trekking service ,motor bike service can be available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tun Guesthouse is a simple one in Mindat, 15 rooms is selling for guest services some are not bath room attached.Mostly hot water is possible during winter season.Trekking service can request,the young owner can suggest you to do short trip. No breakfast,but to make a room cleaning as requested.

Hot water for shower is avaliable.A family-run guesthouse.Friendly.Breakfast is not included.And they are now upgrading their guesthouse to hotel.A nice view from the room.Can't speak english too much.But they can understand u well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budgetplace, reasonable price for small room. Not much English spoken, but you learn fast that they do understand you mostly. Owner has luxury better rooms.
Sometimes he coughs & spits, as locals do. Nice doggy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly family-run motel, some rooms are better than others in terms of facilities (more power sockets, balcony, etc.) and the price is non-negotiable. Hot water on request in a bucket, cold water all the time from the shower head. No breakfast included, but there's a few options nearby. I believe they can help you arranging trips and tours, if needed. Hard beds, but a good sleep. There are not so many comparable low-budget options in Mindat, and hence such a high rating. The view from the rooms is nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a really enjoyed and comfortable staying here like your Home.We stayed for three nights.The family room is I simple and big with bath room. In the winter season,hot water is very important for us to take a shower or cleaning.Worthy a visit here.No breakfast is provided and owner has plan to open a big hotel building for next coming months.
