★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have cheaper rooms with same facilities but the room might be a bit smaller and you need to ask "is there any cheaper room?". The breakfast is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff gave me a very bad room. The room was supposed to have a bathtub in the booking. When I asked for a change, the staff claimed that all the rooms were booked. It is hardly possible to be fully booked in Low season. There were not much people around either( even at morning breakfast). Add to this, they misplaced my ID at checkout and couldn’t find it for a while. They said someone paid the fee and it is already checked out. How could the room be checked and ID card be given someone without 1)no staff came in to check the room and 2)ID has photo of me? Considering how hard it is to reapply for ID in this country, this carelessness and service level is disappointing. How could they possibly gave away ID to ppl without checking? They don’t even proper documentation system for payment records. I had been leaving my room key at counter and it’s quite worrying to think about it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very breakfast! Rooms are clean and beds are very nice to sleep. Hotel is located near the entrance to the capital and close shopping malls and very good restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 USD a night for a 3 person room (1 double + 1 single bed). The room is large and clean, good aircon, quiet neighborhood (so does everywhere else). Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast with dozen selection. Should have rated 5 stars if there was a treadmill to run in a rainy morning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and spacious room with clean utensils and welcoming and cooperative staff. Good choices available for delicious local items in the morning breafast. Price is a bit higher for the vlaue for money. Better adjust the room rates leveling with other abundant hotels mushrooming in Naypidaw territory.
