★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese version is the most fluffy one in cheesecake variety. And, Uncle Tetsu cheesecake is my favorite. It'd be the best if they can make the cheesecake size bigger. Btw, try their chocolate cheesecake, it's superb!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe it's because I'm not Japanese, but I was expecting a thicker cheesecake with a strong taste and flavor. What I got instead, was very much a cake - light and fluffy - with almost no taste to it at all. Although I appreciate that it was made fresh, the lack of options, flavor, and raspberry sauce on top were really a let down for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste is so good. And online service is so comfortable upto the pick up counter. The Facebook page replied me in detail completely. (Also delivery service). But, the catalog colour and actual cake colour is a bit different (like blue and purple). I'm not hat colour sensitive, but the customer who does can complaint it.
