★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good wifi but I was start use in march 12 day 2019 wifi off 1time in April long1week and then may 23to just25 wifi off i am waiting where day wifi on and then customer service is so bad on user .l what are your service man doing ?where is they sleep? Dont they work?Company should care on user.How to continues with unilink wifi ? very slow service time. Unilink dont care on user for wifi missing.

Terrible customer service. Their line is always busy. We had to go to one of their office 1 hour away to talk to them, something we could have easily done over a phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed with UniLink customer service. It was a good internet service provider in past years and getting worse and worse now. They only take care of the customer when they have to collect the internet bill. Actually, I don't really want to give any negative reviews to others, but UniLink's service deserves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi is disconnected for 1 month and don' hold on any call every time.Too bad service. Don't care customers! We have to wait 1hour for their break time. We had very bad experience with their service but we have no solutuons.
